Tomorrow morning “dark and early” (a phrase “pinched” as he so cheekily pointed out, from Mr. Matt Swaim! Didn’t think I’d acknowledge it did you?) I’ll be interviewed by radio personality Brian Patrick of the Sonrise
Morning Show , broadcast live from Sacred Heart Radio in Cincinnati, Ohio. The interview will focus on the content of my recent Catholic Exchange article, The Poverty of Inconvenience. If you happen to be up at 6:40 a.m. tomorrow, be sure to tune in to station 740AM.
And pray for me…I’m really, really nervous…
I am a traditional Catholic homeschooling mother of 9 children, married for 30 years to the most patient and sainted man. As converts to Catholicism in 1991, our family has only recently discovered the beauty and full expression of our beliefs in the timeless liturgy of antiquity, the Extraordinary Form also commonly referred to as the Traditional Latin Mass. An avid knitter, I also enjoy gardening, reading and immersing myself in the everyday graces of my vocation.

Ya pincher. You stole my “dark and early” line. Now nobody will be amused when I use it on them.
Looking forward to a great conversation. Hope all your readership will tune in!

Matt
Matt!
Trust me, they’ll be amused! Looking forward to the interview!
Wow, Kimberly! Sounds neat! I don’t suppose you can tune in from way down here in Florida…
Anyway, we’ll definitely be praying for you. AND looking forward to the next installment in the series!
Hi J.C.!
I think you can listen live online by clicking on the Sacred Heart Radio link. I’m pretty sure the Sonrise Morning Show is available through their live broadcast link…
We are so proud of you Miss K!!!!! I will be up bright and early listening from Texas. Keep in mind that when it is “dark and early” in Ohio, it’s really dark and early in Texas. We love you and are praying for you.

How neat! I’ll get up early and listen in. I enjoyed the article and look forward to hearing the interview as well. Oh, and I’ll say a prayer for you as well. God Bless!
Outstanding! You’ll be fantastic — I just know it.
I’m so excited for you!
Wow Kimberly!! I’m sure you’ll be a natural
Nicely done. We may just have to have you back.
Great job!
Excellent job, Miss K! It was a pleasure waking up to hear you on the air this morning.
Oh I missed praying for you. Oh well, I am doing it anyway! I bet it was awesome!
Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement! It was not nearly so harrowing as I thought. Brian Patrick is a real gentleman; personable and easy to talk to. I’m such a rambler…he did an excellent job keeping the conversation on track. The story he shared regarding his own family and a life of voluntary poverty was so touching and uplifting! God bless the good people at Sacred Heart Radio in Cincinnati…
No need to be nervous, I’m sure you did well!!!
Excellent job! I hope they have you back
